Tradiency Refund and Return Policy
Last Updated: 15 of March, 2026
Effective Date: 15 of March, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases of Tradiency digital course products, educational content, and related digital access products made directly from Tradiency through our website or checkout pages.
Because Tradiency products are digital and are delivered immediately upon purchase, this policy governs refund eligibility for course access already granted.
2. Digital Product Notice
By purchasing a Tradiency course or other digital product, you expressly request immediate access to digital content before the end of any applicable cancellation period.
You acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, immediate access to digital content may reduce or extinguish any statutory right to cancel once performance has begun.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Limited Introductory Refund Window
As a discretionary commercial policy, Tradiency may issue a refund only where all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date;
- your account has accessed no more than the first four lessons of the course;
- the furthest lesson accessed is “Trading as a Craft vs Gambling”;
- your account has not accessed, streamed, opened, or otherwise viewed any lesson, module, download, or protected material beyond the first four lessons;
- you have not materially used, downloaded, copied, extracted, shared, or redistributed any course materials beyond the introductory portion made available before the refund cutoff; and
- your account is not subject to abuse, duplication, payment dispute manipulation, or other conduct that reasonably suggests misuse of the refund policy.
If all of the above conditions are met, Tradiency may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, approve a refund to the original payment method.
4. Refund Cutoff
Once your account accesses any lesson after the first four lessons, you will no longer be eligible for a discretionary refund under this policy.
For the avoidance of doubt, refund eligibility ends immediately once your account accesses any content beyond:
- Welcome
- Reality Check and Myth Busting
- Retail and Professional Trading
- Trading as a Craft vs Gambling
Any access beyond that point constitutes entry into Tradiency’s substantive protected curriculum and closes the discretionary refund window.
5. How Access Is Determined
Tradiency determines refund eligibility using internal platform records, including but not limited to:
- lesson access logs,
- stream/open timestamps,
- account activity records,
- download history,
- module progression data, and
- related product access records.
These records will be used to determine whether the refund cutoff has been exceeded.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Except where required by law, refunds will not be issued in any of the following circumstances:
- you accessed any lesson or protected material beyond the first four lessons;
- your refund request was submitted after the 14-day introductory refund window;
- you purchased the product through a third party, marketplace, affiliate platform, or reseller whose own refund terms apply;
- your account shows signs of content extraction, duplication, redistribution, abuse, or policy evasion;
- you initiated or threatened a chargeback before contacting Tradiency for support;
- you failed to use the product, changed your mind after exceeding the access threshold, or no longer wish to continue; or
- the request is based on expected trading results, profitability, performance outcomes, or similar subjective dissatisfaction.
7. Technical Issues and Access Problems
If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing reasonable access to purchased content, you must contact Tradiency promptly at [email protected].
Where the issue is verified, Tradiency may choose to:
- restore access,
- provide technical support,
- extend your access period, or
- issue a refund where legally required or otherwise deemed appropriate.
8. Statutory Rights Reserved
Nothing in this Refund and Return Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including rights relating to digital content that is:
- not supplied as described,
- not reasonably fit for purpose,
- defective,
- inaccessible due to our fault, or
- otherwise non-compliant with mandatory legal standards.
Where applicable law grants you rights that differ from this policy, those legal rights will prevail to the extent required by law.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact Tradiency first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated after access beyond the refund cutoff, Tradiency reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services and contest the dispute using relevant account access records and this policy, subject to applicable law.
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] or contact us via Whop support with:
- your full name,
- the email address used for purchase,
- the order number or transaction reference, and
- a brief reason for the request.
Refund requests must be submitted within the refund window described in Section 3.
11. Processing Time
If approved, refunds will generally be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
12. Policy Abuse
Tradiency reserves the right to refuse refunds, suspend accounts, or deny future purchases where we reasonably believe a user has attempted to abuse this policy, including repeated refund behaviour, duplicate account use, content harvesting, or other bad-faith conduct.
