Effective date: 7 September 2026
This Risk Disclosure applies to Tradiency’s trading education, website, member services and member application. It should be read together with the Tradiency Terms of Service.
1. Education only
Tradiency provides education only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice; trade signals; copied trades; automated trade decisions; brokerage services; trade placement; account management; or personalised recommendations to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
Any framework, checklist, review, example, chart, dashboard metric or educational commentary provided by Tradiency is intended to support your own learning and decision process. It is not an instruction to enter, exit or hold a trade.
2. Trading involves substantial risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of the capital you commit, and losses can occur rapidly.
You should trade only with capital you can afford to lose and should consider whether trading is appropriate for your financial circumstances, experience, objectives and risk tolerance.
3. Futures, leverage and margin risk
Tradiency is futures-first in its educational focus. Futures and other leveraged products can magnify both gains and losses.
A relatively small adverse market movement can produce a disproportionately large loss. Margin requirements can change, positions may be liquidated, and additional funds may be required depending on your broker, venue and account arrangements.
Leverage increases risk and does not improve the probability of a successful outcome.
4. Volatility, liquidity and execution risk
Market conditions can change quickly. Prices may gap, liquidity may disappear, spreads may widen and orders may be filled at prices different from those expected.
Stop orders, risk limits and intended exits do not guarantee execution at a particular price. Slippage, partial fills, exchange interruptions, broker limitations and fast-moving markets can increase losses.
5. Market and event risk
Economic releases, central-bank decisions, geopolitical events, exchange actions, company announcements and other unexpected developments can cause sudden changes in price, volatility and liquidity.
No preparation process can eliminate market uncertainty. A decision that was reasonable when made can still result in a financial loss.
6. No guarantee of performance
Tradiency does not guarantee profitability, consistency, account growth, funding, prop-firm qualification or payouts, income, investment returns, or any other trading or financial outcome.
Completing a course, following a framework, maintaining a journal, using the Tradiency dashboard, receiving mentor feedback or improving process discipline does not guarantee that you will make money or avoid losses.
7. Examples, simulations and hypothetical results
Educational examples, historical charts, demonstrations, hypothetical scenarios, simulations and retrospective analysis have inherent limitations.
They may benefit from hindsight, may not reflect real-time decision pressure, and may not include all costs, slippage, liquidity constraints, execution delays, commissions, fees, taxes or other real-world factors.
Hypothetical or simulated results do not represent actual trading and must not be treated as a promise, forecast or reliable indicator of future performance.
8. Past performance
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Historical market behaviour may not repeat, and strategies or observations that appeared effective in one market regime can fail in another.
Any reference to historical outcomes, market examples or educational case studies should be considered illustrative rather than predictive.
9. Data, software and technology limitations
Tradiency may provide software features, calculations, imports, charts, analytics, journal tools and other educational infrastructure. These systems can contain errors, delayed information, incomplete imports, incorrect user inputs, outages or other technical limitations.
You should independently verify any information that you intend to rely on for a real financial decision. Tradiency software is not a substitute for your broker, exchange records, official market data, professional advice or your own risk controls.
10. Third-party risk
Your trading activity may depend on third parties such as brokers, exchanges, clearing firms, prop firms, market-data providers, payment providers and internet or technology services.
Tradiency does not control those third parties and cannot guarantee their availability, solvency, execution quality, rules, pricing, data accuracy or treatment of your account.
11. Prop firms and account rules
Tradiency does not guarantee that any educational approach will satisfy the rules of a proprietary trading firm, evaluation programme, broker or account provider.
Third-party rules can change at any time and may include drawdown limits, consistency requirements, prohibited strategies, position limits, news restrictions, payout conditions and other terms. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to your own account.
12. Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for every decision involving your capital, including whether to trade, what instrument to trade, position size, leverage, risk, entry, exit and whether to stand aside.
You should conduct your own analysis, maintain appropriate risk controls and seek independent financial, legal, tax or other professional advice where appropriate.
13. No fiduciary or advisory relationship
Use of Tradiency does not create a fiduciary, investment-advisory, brokerage, portfolio-management or similar regulated client relationship.
Educational feedback from Tradiency personnel or mentors is intended to address learning, process and decision quality. It is not personalised financial advice and does not transfer responsibility for your trading decisions to Tradiency.
14. Limitation of this disclosure
This disclosure highlights important trading risks but is not exhaustive. Financial markets involve risks that cannot all be anticipated or described in advance.
Nothing in this Risk Disclosure excludes or limits any statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
