These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Tradiency’s website, educational products, member services and member application (together, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
“Tradiency”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tradiency, the provider of the Tradiency educational products and Services.

2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the express permission and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and remains responsible for your use.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login and recovery credentials secure. Accounts, purchases and access rights are personal to the authorised user and may not be sold, transferred or shared except where Tradiency or the applicable checkout provider expressly permits it.
3. Education only — not financial advice
Tradiency provides trading education and tools for developing a structured decision-making process. The Services are educational only.
Tradiency does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice; trade signals; copied trades; automated trade decisions; brokerage services; trade placement; account management; or personalised recommendations to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, including whether to trade, what to trade, position size, risk, entry, exit and whether to stand aside. Nothing in the Services creates a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage or portfolio-management relationship.
4. Trading risk and no guarantees
Trading and investing involve substantial risk and you may lose some or all capital committed. Leveraged products, including futures, can magnify losses. Past performance, examples, simulations, educational case studies and the experience of other users do not guarantee future results.
Tradiency does not guarantee profitability, consistency, account growth, funding, prop-firm qualification or payouts, income, investment returns, or any other trading or financial outcome. You should trade only with capital you can afford to lose and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
5. Purchases, checkout and access
Prices, included products and access periods are those displayed on the applicable Tradiency offer and checkout at the time of purchase.
For the current Tradiency course offer, the £998 GBP course fee is a one-time fee and does not renew. The first two months of community/member access are included with the course purchase. After that included period, continuing member access may be offered by separate subscription where available. Any subscription price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before purchase by the checkout provider.
Checkout and payment processing are currently provided through Whop. Your use of Whop is also subject to Whop’s applicable terms. Whop handles payment-layer matters such as payment processing errors or duplicate charges; Tradiency remains responsible for the educational product and access it supplies.
Features described as planned, preview, beta or “in development” are not purchased entitlements unless the checkout or offer expressly states that they are included at the time of purchase.
6. Refunds and statutory rights
Tradiency’s current introductory refund policy provides a 14-calendar-day refund window from purchase, provided that the account has not accessed, opened, streamed or viewed course content beyond the first four lessons, ending with “Trading as a Craft vs Gambling”. A request must satisfy both the time limit and the access limit.
Refunds may also be refused where there has been material use, copying or redistribution of the Services, abuse of the refund process, or a request based solely on expected trading performance or results, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. In particular, rights relating to digital content may depend on your location, when supply began, and any consent or acknowledgement provided at checkout.
To request a product or access refund, contact [email protected]. Payment-processing disputes should also follow the procedures provided by the checkout provider and your payment provider. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable right to dispute a payment under applicable law or card-network rules.
7. Your licence to use Tradiency materials
Unless we expressly state otherwise, the Services and their lessons, videos, text, graphics, frameworks, worksheets, software interfaces and other materials are owned by or licensed to Tradiency and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase, Tradiency grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own educational purposes.
You may not, without written permission:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Tradiency materials;
- share paid course or member access with another person;
- record or redistribute private lessons, member content or community material;
- remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices;
- scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer or interfere with the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use Tradiency branding or materials in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership or authorship.
8. Your content and private records
You retain any rights you hold in journal entries, notes, screenshots, trading records and other content you submit to the Services (“User Content”).
You grant Tradiency the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, secure, display back to you and, where a feature requires it, make User Content available to an authorised reviewer or mentor so that we can provide and support the Services. This does not give Tradiency permission to publish your private trading records or identify you publicly without another lawful basis or your permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that User Content you submit is lawful and that you have the right to upload it. Do not upload brokerage passwords, private API keys, one-time authentication codes, payment-card details or other credentials that the Services do not request.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes:
- unauthorised access, credential sharing, security testing without permission, malware or attempts to bypass access controls;
- fraud, impersonation, payment abuse or unlawful activity;
- harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse or conduct that materially disrupts a Tradiency community or Service;
- infringing another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- using automated systems to overload, scrape or interfere with the Services; and
- using Tradiency content to operate a competing course, signal service or redistribution business without permission.
10. Service changes and availability
We may make reasonable changes to the curriculum, platform, community structure, interfaces and features to maintain, secure or improve the Services. We may also correct errors, withdraw obsolete material and change future offerings.
We do not promise that every feature will remain available forever or that the Services will be uninterrupted. However, we will not intentionally describe an in-development feature as a currently included paid entitlement, and any material change to a purchased entitlement remains subject to these Terms and applicable consumer law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, unlawful conduct, serious community abuse, security risk, infringement of rights, or a legal or regulatory requirement.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a remediable issue. Serious fraud, security threats, unlawful activity or abuse may require immediate action.
Termination for breach does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any refund remains governed by these Terms, the applicable checkout terms and mandatory law.
12. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party providers, including Whop for checkout/member access and infrastructure providers used to operate the website and member application. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Tradiency is not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect responsibility we may have under applicable law for the Tradiency Services we supply to you.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that educational material will be suitable for a particular trading style, instrument, account, broker, prop firm or financial objective, or that use of the Services will produce a particular result.
Market data, examples and educational explanations can become outdated or may contain errors. You must independently verify information that you intend to rely on for a real financial decision.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to the paragraph above, Tradiency is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of funding or prop-firm status, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your own market decisions or from reliance on educational material.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradiency’s total aggregate liability arising from a paid Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific Tradiency Service giving rise to the claim.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Services, checkout arrangements, legal requirements or business operations change. The current version will be published with an updated date.
Material changes will apply prospectively. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before relying on the change.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
Subject to any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings elsewhere, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Services.
17. General
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may transfer these Terms as part of a genuine business reorganisation, financing or sale, subject to applicable law and without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the offer and checkout terms applicable to your purchase, and any policy expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.
